1. Concept & Preparation
• Songwriting & Lyrical Development (via H.O.F. Store)
• Beat/Instrumental Selection
• Vocal Training & Coaching (optional)
• Pre-Recording Checklist:
• Review and finalise lyrics
• Choose instrumental(s)
• Practice vocals (hydration, warm-ups, rest)
• Book studio time via H.O.F. website
👉 Extra services like songwriting packages, lyric editing and vocal coaching can be purchased from the H.O.F. Store.
2. Production (H.O.F.)
• Studio Recording Sessions (US$55.50/hr first 2 hours, US$28 per 30 mins after)
• Mixing & Mastering Services (clean, professional audio)
• Vocal Editing & Tuning (pitch correction, comping, effects)
• Video Production Services (music videos, promos, interviews)
• Creative Design (album art, logos, covers, flyers)
👉 Clients must purchase enough time for recording. No additional time is granted unless booked via the H.O.F. Store.
5. Distribution (MMN)
• Music Distribution → Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal
• Video Distribution → YouTube, Vimeo, Streaming Platforms
• Content Publishing on MMN channels
• Catalog Management & Royalties Tracking

6. Sales & Growth
• Digital Store Integration (sell beats, tracks, merchandise via H.O.F. Store)

📝 Guidelines for Clients
🎤 Pre-Production (Before Studio Session)
• Finalize lyrics, instrumentals, and concepts
• Book studio time via H.O.F. website
• Purchase any extra services beforehand (songwriting, vocal coaching, instrumental leases)
🎚️ In-Studio Rules
• Arrive on time (sessions start and end at booked time)
• Bring all required files, lyrics, and ideas in advance
• No additional time unless pre-purchased
• Respect maximum session length (3 hours per day per artiste)
🎬 Post-Production (After Recording/Filming)
• Review mixes and edits promptly
• Provide feedback within agreed timeline
• Approve final versions for promotion/distribution

• Prepare a clear brand/artist profile (bio, photos, social handles)
• Engage with campaigns by sharing, reposting, and interacting
