Return Policy for H.O.F.

1. Digital Music Purchases

 

All digital music, once purchased and downloaded or streamed, is considered a final sale. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds on downloadable music unless there’s a technical fault. If you experience a download issue, contact us within 7 days for troubleshooting or replacement.

2. Physical Merchandise


For any physical merchandise (e.g., CDs, vinyl, branded apparel), we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Event Tickets


All ticket sales for live events, shows, or experiences are final. However, if an event is canceled or rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund or ticket exchange for the new date. Contact us within 14 days after the announcement of cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Media Production Services


If you have contracted us for media production (e.g., video, audio production), any deposits are non-refundable after work has begun. If you are dissatisfied with a project, we encourage you to communicate with us during the production process to ensure your expectations are met. Custom service refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of work completed.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Request


To start a return or discuss a refund, please contact our support team at [insert contact email or form] with your order number, details of your request, and any relevant evidence (e.g., photos for defective items).

 

We aim to handle all inquiries within 5 business days.


6. Virtual Experiences (e.g., Online Events or Consultations)


If you’ve booked a virtual experience—such as an online performance, virtual concert, or consultation—cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. If canceled within 48 hours, a partial refund (50%) may be available. No-shows or cancellations after the event starts are non-refundable. If technical issues on our end prevent the experience, we’ll reschedule or offer a full refund.

7. Gift Cards or Vouchers


Gift cards or vouchers, once purchased, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. If you face any issue with redeeming a gift card, please contact us promptly.

8. International Customers

 

For customers outside of our primary region, please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties are the customer’s responsibility. We aim to accommodate regional differences, but all refund amounts will be processed in the original purchase currency.

9. Subscription-Based Services


If you subscribe to recurring content (e.g., monthly access to exclusive media), you can cancel anytime. Refunds for partially used billing periods are not provided, but you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
